Cancellation Notice
If you are unable to keep a scheduled appointment, our dental office must be contacted during normal business hours at least 48 hours in advance. Please do not leave cancellation notifications on our answering machine; we need to speak with you in person.
Monday appointments must be rescheduled by Thursday of the previous week. There is a fee for broken appointments due to the nature of our dental office.
